I have a business background & have worked in Customer Service, from the retail store level to the Corporate Office, almost my entire work life, starting when I was only 13 years-old! I have a Bachelors Degree in Education, from Millikin University, but found while I love to teach others, being confined to a classroom wasn't for me. I truly love working with customers, treating them like family, & exceeding their expectations on what a Personal Shopper should be!
I specialize in grocery shopping & delivery, always making sure you receive the freshest produce available and checking expiration dates on all items to ensure you receive products with the furthest out date. I am very detail-oriented & do my very best to get you exactly what is on your list. In the event I cannot locate a product, I always ask an employee so they can look in their computer system & check stock they may have in the back that hasn't gotten placed on the sales floor yet. I've been known to “climb” shelves, or get on the floor to search that bottom shelf! I believe in going above & beyond! I always shop with insulated bags with large ice packs to ensure your cold/frozen items remain at the correct temperature throughout shopping & delivering. When I'm shopping your order, I'm ONLY shopping YOUR order. The big companies send shoppers to stores shopping as many as three orders at once! I believe you deserve my undivided attention. Over time, I will learn your likes, dislikes, & preferences, which in turn, will make the experience easier and better each time. I shop for you just as I would shop for myself and my family. I shop ALL stores, including WHOLE FOODS (where you receive my Prime discount), DETWILER’S, FRESH MARKET, SAMS, BJ’S, COSTCO & MORE! You don’t even need your own membership! I’ve got you covered!
WAIT! There’s more! Can you believe it? While I consider myself highly skilled in the grocery arena, it doesn't end there! Anything you need...ranging from picking up your makeup at Ulta or Sephora, to shopping for a gift you need for a baby shower, wedding, or birthday! I can wrap & deliver it to the recipient also! I can handle ANY errand you would like to check off your to-do list! I can shop in any store that accepts Visa. The possibilities are endless! I'm also a fantastic personal assistant! Need help booking travel? I have a lot of travel experience & have traveled all over the world. I would love to help you by handling booking your flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, excursions, concert tickets, whatever you need! It is just a passion of mine! I also love dogs & am available if you need someone to walk your dog when you are away all day and once you really feel comfortable, if you are going on that vacation, house/dog sitting is also an option!
